Natalia is an Assistant Professor at MacEwan University in the Department of Human Services and Early Learning.
She is interested in the experiences of students in inclusive schools and childcare centres, professional development (PD) of educators and educational assistants, particularly in Deaf Education, and the impact of cognitive, social emotional, and physical fatigue on varying student populations.
Being a certified Elementary Teacher, and having previously taught, providing students with the best possible education is a passion of Natalia’s. Past research has focused on measuring the psychometric properties of the measures of teacher professional development, as well as student attachment style towards teachers, as a function of perception of support.
